There seems to be a great deal of confusion as to what makes a skill game, rather than a game of chance, does anyone know a legal definition?

A mate of mine suggested that even a quiz is a game of chance if you're lucky enough to be asked questions you know the answers to..and I have to say that makes a lot of sense.

The controversy also goes as far as poker, is poker a game of chance or skill? What do you think?
