I have been Laying horses for quite a while, tried a lot of systems, lost a lot of money !! Having said that a lot of good did come of it. I have from experience devised my own system. Try the following :

Any race in the UK with seven or more runners qualifies. Look for a clear 3rd favourite, keep an eye on it up until thirty seconds before the off. If it has held it's price, or better still drifted, then lay it !

Only lay third favourites with a starting price of between 4/1 and 8/1.

I have been very successful using 1% of my bank as a stake.
